Psalm 23 - In the Presence of My Enemies

“Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me, your rod and your staff, they comfort me.” Psalm 23:4

Today we discover that David found comfort in God's presence, even in the desert and in the trials. David was able to find such peace in God's care that he could let his enemy freely walk away from him. What enemies do we hold onto in our lives? Can we find such peace in God's care that we can let our own enemies go? 

I pray you are able to find that kind of peace in the middle of your own deserts and I pray you are able to release your enemies to God that he might free you from them.
